Start by filling out my contact form with all the dreamy details: your date, your venue, your vision. The more you share, the better I can serve you. I’ll respond within 24–48 hours with availability and next steps.

If your date is available, we’ll hop on a call. This is where we get to know each other - your love story, your priorities, what matters most to you on your wedding day. I want you to feel fully seen and supported.

02. you’re booked!

Once you’re ready, I’ll send over your custom proposal, contract, and invoice. A signed contract and retainer officially secure your date on my calendar.

After that? I’m in your corner all the way to “I do.”

03. planning phase

I’ll guide you through timeline planning, lighting considerations, family photo lists, and all the little details that make a big difference.

I’m here as a resource throughout the entire process. whether you need vendor recommendations, outfit advice for engagements, or reassurance when the overwhelm creeps in.

a few weeks before your wedding, i will reach out with a questionnaire and a final check in. We’ll confirm your timeline, family photo list, special details, and any last minute changes.

This is your space to ask questions, share updates, and take a deep breath knowing every detail has been thoughtfully considered. By the time your day arrives, there’s nothing left to figure out, just moments to soak in.

it’s your wedding day and it’s time to celebrate. Our preparation ensures everything runs smoothly, allowing you to relax and truly enjoy your wedding day.

06. gallery delivery

After your wedding day, I carefully hand-edit every image with intention and heart. Within 8 weeks, you’ll receive a beautifully curated online gallery filled with the moments you felt and the ones you didn’t even realize were happening.
